1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FrevoLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FrevoLabs. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly. Founding Member pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
• You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal, not immediate access.
• Refunds are considered case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days for billing issues.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service
• Send unsolicited bulk messages to leads
• Violate WhatsApp Business Policy, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable law
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Leads & Data

• Leads are provided as-is. We do not guarantee conversion or client wins.
• Lead data comes from publicly available sources (Google Maps, directories). You are responsible for complying with outreach laws in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to resell lead data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

• Outreach messages and proposals are generated by AI (Google Gemini). Review them before sending.
• We are not liable for content AI generates on your behalf. You are responsible for what you send.

8. Intellectual Property

FrevoLabs owns all rights to the platform, branding, code, and design. You retain rights to your profile data and any content you create.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party API outages, and force majeure events may cause downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrevoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FrevoLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
